Equipment & materials
A state-of-the-art 4000-watt Amada Gemini laser, a 10′ HFE high-precision press brake, an autofeed pemserter, welder, saw, drill press and other fabrication tooling — coupled with CAD/CAM software and over forty years of experience.

Once parts are cut they are shaped on the 10′ HFE. Combined with Amada’s advanced CNC controls it offers quick set-up even for multi-stage bending.
Pressed-in studs, standoffs and nuts installed as part of the job, so panels and enclosures arrive with their hardware already in place.
The supporting bench that turns cut and formed parts into finished assemblies — welder, saw, drill press and other fabrication tooling.

High-speed equipment coupled with CAD/CAM software is what makes fast turnaround possible. New designs as well as modifications can be programmed into the system — and Adtek can create the file from just your existing part.
What goes on the bed
The Gemini will cut anything from thin plastic up to 3/8″ stainless steel and 3/4″ carbon steel. Products can be processed out of stainless steel, brass, aluminum, plastic and more — including hardened materials and pre-formed or pre-fabricated parts.
Each part comes off with smooth continuous edges and no top-side material marking.

Thicknesses shown are the published cutting capacity of the laser. Anything marked “quoted to your part” depends on the geometry — send the drawing and we will tell you.

The HFE’s compact hydraulic system gives high-speed ram movement while maintaining a very high degree of ram repeatability.
Setup information for both machines is saved as electronic digital files and used to quickly produce accurate repeat parts any time you need them.
New designs as well as modifications get programmed into the system — and the file can be created from just your existing part.
