Materials & capacity

Cut thicker. Hold tighter.

The 4000-watt Amada Gemini laser will cut anything from thin plastic up to 3/8″ stainless steel and 3/4″ carbon steel — and it does not stop at flat sheet. Hardened materials, pre-formed and pre-fabricated parts all go on the bed.

Every part comes off with smooth continuous edges and no top-side material marking.

The equipment

Two machines do most of the talking.

Adtek is geared for your fabrication needs — state-of-the-art equipment coupled with CAD/CAM software and over forty years of experience.

4000 watt · 5′ × 10′ bed

Amada Gemini Laser

The center of the shop. State-of-the-art 4000-watt cutting on a bed big enough for the largest of parts, producing an endless variety of high-quality custom parts — each with smooth continuous edges and no top-side material marking.

  • Cuts thin plastic through 3/8″ stainless and 3/4″ carbon steel
  • Stainless, brass, aluminum, plastic and hardened materials
  • Works pre-formed and pre-fabricated parts, not just flat sheet
10′ · Amada CNC controls

HFE High-Precision Press Brake

Once parts are cut they are shaped on the 10′ HFE. Combined with Amada’s advanced CNC controls it offers quick set-up even for multi-stage bending.

  • Compact hydraulic system with high-speed ram movement
  • Very high degree of ram repeatability
  • Superior bend accuracy across the run

CAD/CAM & repeat parts

No drawing? Bring us the part.

New designs as well as modifications can be programmed into the system — and Adtek can create the file from just your existing part. Nothing needs to start over.

Setup information for both the Gemini laser and the HFE press brake is saved as electronic digital files, so accurate repeat parts can be produced quickly any time you need them.

  • Reorders run from the saved setup, not from scratch
  • Modifications programmed in without a new tool-up
  • Quick set-up even for multi-stage bending
