Precision Laser Cutting

A 4000-watt Amada Gemini laser on a 5′ × 10′ bed — the machine the whole shop is built around.

Profiles, holes, slots and cutouts cut straight from your file, with smooth continuous edges and no top-side material marking. Adtek runs it through stainless steel, brass, aluminum, plastic and hardened materials, as well as pre-formed and pre-fabricated parts — anything from thin plastic up to 3/8″ stainless and 3/4″ carbon steel.

Precision Forming

A 10′ HFE high-precision press brake with Amada CNC controls turns flat blanks into finished parts.

The HFE offers quick set-up even for multi-stage bending. Its compact hydraulic system provides high-speed ram movement while holding a very high degree of ram repeatability — which is what gives you superior bend accuracy, part after part.

CNC Turret Punching

High hole counts and repeated features driven across a full sheet.

Turret punching earns its keep where a part needs a high count of holes, or the same feature repeated across a full sheet — which is exactly the kind of work that enclosures, chassis and perforated screens are full of.

Mig Welding

Fast, strong structural welds for frames, decks, guards and heavier assemblies.

MIG is the workhorse for steel weldments where deposition rate and strength matter more than cosmetics — conveyor frames, platforms, decks and brackets that have to take a load and keep taking it.

Tig Welding

Clean, controlled welds where the joint has to look as good as it holds.

TIG gives the fine heat control that thin-wall stainless and aluminum need — tight, tidy beads with minimal distortion and little to no cleanup. It is the process for visible seams on enclosures, consoles, cabinets and hand rails.

Saw Cutting

Bar, tube and structural stock cut to length before it ever reaches the bench.

Structural stock — tube, angle, channel and bar — cut to length in-house, so a frame or a platform comes together from parts that are already the right size, instead of arriving in three pieces from three suppliers.

Light Structural Fabrication

Why the order matters

One shop, start to finish.

A part that gets sawn at one supplier, cut at a second and welded at a third collects a little error and a little lead time at every hand-off. Keeping the whole sequence in one building is what makes quick turnaround possible — and it means one person can answer for the finished part.

It also means the setup that produced your part stays here. When you reorder, the file is already on the machine.
